You can receive fund in unverified Paypal. Though there is some upper-limit, you don’t have to think about that to get fund for a domain
I don’t know if your country Paypal supports bank transfer. Go to “Add Funds” option of Paypal account dashboard to see what options are available to you.
The easiest way to receive money is from someone who has a Paypal account. Just tell the user & he will send you money to your Paypal address.
